The ferry is so convenient. I had friends visiting from out of town. We took the ferry from Dunedin to Downtown Clearwater so we could go to the monthly farmers market. We then took the ferry to Clearwater beach to walk around and have lunch. The ferry was much better than driving!

For $8, it's an easy way to get to Clearwater Beach or Dunedin in a relaxing and way. We rode it in August and it was hot but it's FL in August so expected. It was a short walk to the beach from the marina fyi.
